Newest Design Reminds me of the 1960s

This nostalgic design stems from the pattern on the cutlery we had in the 60's. It influences a number of my designs.

Special Order Steins

In the Summer of 2011, Perry was commissioned to create 16 beer steins for the groomsmen in a wedding. Each eagle head stein was decorated with its own texture and design, so each recipient had a unique drinking vessel. Here is a visual history of the process. The first picture shows Perry carving the bird's head. The stein is already leather hard at this stage. The second picture shows the steins before they were fired. The last picture shows the finished pieces assembled together before delivery. Best wishes to the happy couple!

Upcoming Shows

As November approaches, Perry Potts is busy getting ready for the annual Presqu'ile Art and Craft show at the Provincial Park, Mistletoe Magic in Corbyville and the charming Sugarplum Faire in Belleville.
More details to be posted in the coming weeks.
